Group
Rate for Fall 2009
|
During
Normal Business Hours.
To receive a group rate, your group must reserve one week before your planned weekend. This allows us time to check
the requested day and time before sending a confirmation back to you or
an alternative arrival time. This also allows us to properly staff our
event for large
groups and avoid more than one large group arriving at the same
time. You may phone in a reservation or fill out our online
reservation request form. We suggest filling out the online
reservation request form.
Groups are required to have one person
purchase tickets for the entire group upon arrival in order to receive a group
rate. Your total count may change from your original request
form; so, please have the correct number of tickets needed confirmed before coming to the "Reserved Group"
ticket window. Please note: If you know ahead of time
that your numbers have changed significantly, please give us a
heads-up by phone or email as least
2 days ahead of time.
Special organization groups of 20 people or more qualify for a group rate. All
scheduled church youth
groups and Scout troops qualify for a group rate regardless
of the number of people in the group. Birthday parties
renting a tent receive a group rate no matter how small the group.

ages 3 & under, please note this when you make
reservations. Any special admission for that age group
will be arranged. |

Pumpkins:
You may purchase
pumpkins individually or as a group. All of our
pumpkins are reasonably prices, so we do not offer a group
rate on them. The prices listed below are based on
last years prices. If you purchase pumpkins as a group, each
member will receive a ticket showing they have
paid for them already. They simply give the
cashier their ticket when they choose their pumpkin.
The cashier will take their ticket and mark their pumpkin
"sold".

Concessions:
We have a general concession
stand for your group members to purchase food
individually. Or you may choose to order as a group
for convenience. Each person will receive a food ticket
for the concession stand for a Hot Dog meal or a BBQ
sandwich meal (see below). Group leaders are alleviated
from the task of ordering food and keeping up with money for
a large group.
